Oya is the first half of the Japanese word oyayubi, meaning thumb.

Ceramic scoop spoon handmade in stoneware clay body and neutral glaze. It is made using the hand building technique pinching. The handle comfortably fits between thumb and index finger.  Perfect for scooping coffee, tea or flour!

Approximate dimensions 85mm l x 70mm w x 35mm h.
