DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How will my order be shipped?

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. Upgrades to 1st class signed for are available at check out. 

You do offer free local pick up?

Yes, if you wish to pick up your order from my studio (Rogart Street Campus in Glasgow) please contact me ahead of ordering to arrange a suitable date and time.

Do you offering international shipping?

Currently, I do not sell outside the UK.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

All items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. If you need anything sooner please get in touch and I will do everything I can to get your order to you ASAP.

Are ceramics safe to post?

Provided they are sufficiently packaged, ceramics are perfectly fine to post. I carefully pack every order, tightly to ensure there is no room for movement or breakages, and double boxing for extra padding.

What is your returns policy?

We really hope you are 100% happy with your purchase, however for any reason you wish to return your order please contact me, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange on unused goods. Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items. 

Returns are at the cost of the customer. Returns must be sent via a trackable postage service. Please ensure your return is securely packaged. Studio Yōki does not take any responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post.

Once I receive your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days, and your card credited within 5 business days.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?

In the unlikely situation your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including photos of the damaged item, to discuss a refund or exchange.
